I didn’t realise the simple tweaks I could make to get healthy, lose weight and feel better.

I have told my family and we have changed the way we shop and eat.

I now feel empowered in how to ‘cheat the system’ that seemed hell-bent on making it impossible for me to lose weight and get lean.
